I've returned from the dead. Or returned to Xanga. Ironically enough (in regards to my title), I've joined "GAZDA," the Gustavus Adolphus Zombie Defense Alliance. It's a good time. I'm debating whether my official title shall either be "Dame/Dutchess Dreadcloth" or Baroness Bloodytatters." It's clever, I thank my dear friend Gunther. Life is generally good. I've changed a lot lately. I'm not my usual sunny-disposition, Gustie-Greeter-esque self. Simply put, I'm not as perky. I still adore this school and everything about it; that's not what's affecting my mood. It's other things. Some of it is the dreaded Sophomore Slump, which thus far seems unnavoidable, and much more of it is personal. Buh. I haven't become a whiny puddley mess, though, no fears dear friends! I'm still tough, and I'll still kick your ass, but only if you're making rude comments and such. Social Justice by force! Just kidding. I was just cast as a gender-bending Protean in "A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum." I'm excited to be a eunich and a soldier. I find it funny that I wanted to be a courtesan, but I guess my short haircut wasn't considered sexy or girly enough. Meh, I get to practice with all the boys. :) I'll pull a Joan of Arc/Mulan if I get to hang out with the sexy gents with nice voices. Hehehehe.... I'm a costume design major now, for those of you who weren't aware. I've become quite good at sewing and I'm doing pretty well in design. I think I've found my niche--I've always loved designing and dressing people. :) I'm in serious need of a chocolate fix right now, and I'm no where near my period...fascinating. I might run to the store soon and get me some. :p This year has started rather awkwardly. I broke up with that (insert word) I was dating. Never date anyone who tells you how you feel. And never be stupid enough to listen to him. God. I'm so stupid and I wish I would have listened to my family. I miss you guys, and I hope your years are going great. College is SO much fun and I'm sad that it's moving so fast. *sigh* |
